Professional care and attention

Overnight / weekends / or long term stays - for all breeds

Pickup & Delivery

We provide a complimentary pickup & delivery service* for Benalla, Wangaratta and surrounding areas or you are most welcome to bring your pet out to us.

Accommodation

  • Your pet has its own individual warm secure sleeping area.
  • Large grassed enclosures where you pet is safe to run free, chase a ball, retrieve a "Kong" or just laze about under the canopy of shady leafy trees. Your pet is not confined to a concrete pen throughout the day.
  • There are lots of toys for your pet, climbing posts with cubby holes that cats love.
  • Secure accommodation for bitches in season.

Grooming

We have a hydrobath, flea rinse and a professional clipping / grooming service. We like to see your pet go home clean and smelling nice!

Emergencies

  • In the event of an emergency we will attempt to contact you or your agent.
  • Your pet's welfare is paramount to us and we will request you authorise us to seek veterinary attention in an emergency at your expense
  • We have arrangements for 24 hour on-call veterinary care.
  • We are happy to administer your pet's medication but ask that it is clearly labelled with directions given by your vet.
